Looking for a Deckhand, Lead Deckhand, Delivery Crew or Bosun position
Hi, I'm looking for Deckhand and Deck Crew positions with potential Skippering opportunities for different Legs/ Days either on Deliveries or regular work on vessels.
I have close to 3,000 nautical miles of sailing experience as both skipper and crew on coastal and offshore passages. My experience includes sailing and motor vessels in tidal and non-tidal waters across the Mediterranean, Bay of Biscay, English Channel and Baltic Sea.
I am currently working towards my RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualification and hold RYA Coastal Skipper and Day Skipper practical certificates in both sail and motor. I also hold STCW, ENG1, SRC/VHF, PPR, Radar, Powerboat Level 2 and a UK passport with Schengen visa waiver eligibility. In addition, I also hold a full UK driving licence, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification and a Diesel Engine Maintenance Certificate.
I am looking to build a long-term career in the yachting industry and am keen to bring my seamanship, strong work ethic and practical approach to both private and charter yachts. I take pride in maintaining high standards, work well as part of a team, and am ready to contribute from day one.
I am based in Bristol, UK, but am available to at short notice and can join a vessel immediately.
