Active crew - competent small-boat sailor building yacht experience
German sailor with several licences, solid theory and radio confidence. I am looking for an active crew role on a private yacht, not a relaxed passenger holiday. I am reliable, technically minded, keen to improve, and happy to help with sailing, watches, navigation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and everyday duties on board. Long-term I want to own a boat, so I am looking for serious hands-on experience with an experienced skipper.
