About Me
Hi! My name is Ildemaro, and I'm a 64-year-old professional from Spain.
I've always loved the sea and sailing. Although I don't yet have practical sailing experience, I earned my Spanish PER (Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo) license two years ago because I wanted to begin this journey the right way.
Now I'm looking for opportunities to gain real experience aboard monohull sailboats. I'm eager to learn, work hard, and become a reliable crew member. I understand that sailing is about teamwork, responsibility, and continuous learning, and I'm ready to contribute wherever I can.
I'm easygoing, dependable, physically active, and comfortable following instructions. Whether it's helping with sail handling, watchkeeping, docking, cooking, cleaning, or simply being an extra pair of hands, I'm happy to pitch in.
For me, sailing isn't just a hobby—it's something I've wanted to do for many years. I would gladly join coastal or offshore cruises whenever the opportunity arises. My goal is simple: to learn from experienced sailors, enjoy life at sea, and become a valuable crew member.
