Looking for a Voluntary work, Novice Crew or Friendship position

Hi! I'm a 23-year-old Student looking for the opportunity to join a boat as a novice crew member or volunteer for around two weeks in the middle of September, ideally somewhere in Europe.
I have been on a few boats before, including spending a week as a guest on a catamaran sailing through the Caribbean from Colombia to Panama. However, I have no actual sailing experience, but i'm eager to help with all aspects on board.
I'm looking for a friendly crew, preferably a mixed crew with some female members, where I can learn the basics of sailing while helping out on board as a volunteer or novice crew member.
I'm a competent swimmer and competed in artistic swimming for over five years, so I'm very confident and comfortable in the water.
I'm keen to learn, happy to help with any tasks on board, and excited to gain my first real sailing experience.
