Looking for a Friendship, Novice Crew, Racing crew or Mile building position
Hi, I'm Wes! I'm new to Crewbay and looking for opportunities as a competent crew member, friendship crew, racing crew, or for mile-building trips.
I'm a certified welder and fabricator with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. I'm comfortable working with my hands, solving problems, and helping wherever I'm needed—whether that's handling lines, keeping watch, cleaning, cooking, or assisting with maintenance.
My long-term goal is to own and live aboard my own sailboat with my sister sammy, so I'm looking to gain real experience, learn from experienced sailors, and build sea miles along the way.
