Looking for a Mile building, Voluntary work or Novice Crew position

I'm looking to join a crew for an Atlantic crossing this autumn/winter, whether through mile building, voluntary work or as regular crew.
I'm a 20-year-old Swedish guy with a lifetime of sailing experience, although I don't have any significant sailing certificates yet. I'm easy-going, physically fit and used to working as part of a team. I'm happy to take watches, cook, clean, help with maintenance and do whatever is needed to keep the boat and crew running smoothly.
I also have one year of experience in the Swedish Armed Forces, where teamwork, responsibility and looking after each other were a big part of everyday life.
I'm flexible regarding both departure location and dates, and I'm very motivated to make an Atlantic crossing and contribute as much as I can to the crew.
