Looking for an opportunity to sail. Competent crew, mile building, watchstander.
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew, Deckhand or Mile building. Hi all I am Larry. I love being at sea. I have some offshore experience on a 50’ as crew a 1st mate. The majority of sailing experience was with racing keelboats. Ranging from a Merit 25, 30’ racing sled, one design 30, Farr50 and I owned a Melges 24 and raced in the southeast circuit. I started in the submarine service many moons ago as a computer tech and navigation specialist. I know that that time doesn’t count but makes for good stories. I am 67 years young and in great physical shape. I would love to join a crew and to make some great friends.
