Enthusiastic Novice Crew / Cook / Deckhand — Ready to Learn, Available Now
Hi! I'm Enrique, from Mérida, Mexico. I've just joined Crewbay and I'm looking for my first real sailing or motor cruising experience as Novice Crew, Deckhand, or helping out in the galley.
I don't have offshore experience yet, but I'm a fast learner, resolutive under pressure, and used to fast-paced work (hotel guest services, logistics coordination). I'm respectful of safety and hierarchy on board, easy to get along with in close quarters, and genuinely excited to learn everything from scratch lines, watches, navigation basics, all of it.
I'm available immediately with flexible dates, open to a passage, a delivery, or a longer offshore leg. Looking forward to meeting new people and putting in the work!
