Looking for an adventurous Atlantic crossing

My name is Niko. Together with my girlfriend Frieda, I’m looking for an opportunity to sail from Europe to the Caribbean or South America. Since we don’t own a boat, we’re hoping to join a crew (:
I’ve been sailing Polyvalks (6.5 m open keelboats) for years in the Netherlands as crew and skipper and have also spent a few days sailing on a yacht on the IJsselmeer as crew.
While we both have no offshore sailing experience so far, we're both hardworking and fast learning. We are not looking for a luxurious relaxed holiday but want to actively contribute, share unforgettable experiences and learn a lot. We’re happy to take part in all aspects of life on board, whether it’s standing watch, cooking, cleaning, helping with maintenance, sail handling, or any other daily tasks. We’re quick learners, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team. We’re not looking for a luxury holiday, but want to actively contribute, take on responsibilities, share unforgettable experiences, and learn as much as possible.
Naturally, we're flexible with departure dates. We’re really looking forward to getting to know you!
