EXPERIENCED CREWMEMBER — 3,000 NM — ATLANTIC CROSSING 2026
Hi everyone!
I’m Tim, 25, a French-Swiss energy engineer, looking for a crew position for an Atlantic crossing to the Caribbean or South America from November 2026.
I have 3,000 NM of sailing experience, including:
Australia → Indonesia (Great Barrier Reef & Timor Sea)
Cook Strait, New Zealand
Regattas in New Caledonia
I’m comfortable standing watches independently and happy to help with cooking, maintenance and repairs. I’m a non-smoker, physically fit, reliable and used to long-distance adventure travel.
I’m flexible on the departure point: France, Spain, Portugal, Madeira, the Canary Islands… I’m particularly interested in joining a boat heading across from the Canaries, whether for the ARC or an independent crossing.
I’m also pursuing a long-term no-flying journey from France to Patagonia, after travelling from Australia to France without flying in 2024.
Happy to contribute to the boat’s shared expenses.
