Looking to crew w/experienced skipper for cruising, crossing, fun, adventure
Hi. I'm Reece. I'm a former scientist and engineer in San Francisco. Married w/3 adult kids. Got laid off... but I love to sail and am looking for deeper sailing experience. ASA 101, 103, 104, 114. I was the solo captained/skippered a 48' cat in Naples in 2026 (w/7 crew), a 42' cat in St. Maarten in 2025 (w/5), and co-skippered a 46' cat in the USVI in 2024. I've raced (and mostly lost) in SF Bay races over the last 8 years. I'm easy going, non-judgmental, atheist. I like to dive and snorkel. I'm very good with mechanics. I'm cool under pressure/in emergencies.
