My name is Arthur Stanica, I’m 33 years old and a motivated, dynamic yacht captain with a genuine passion for yachting and a strong ambition to build my career in the industry.
With two seasons of professional charter experience in Ibiza and over 400 successful charters, I have developed strong boat-handling skills, a safety-first mindset and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences to guests.
I hold an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Commercial Endorsement and an Spanish PPER alongside STCW, GMDSS and maritime medical training.
I’m a quick learner, proactive, adaptable and hands-on, always ready to take initiative, learn from experienced professionals and take on new challenges. My experience includes navigation, docking, anchoring, safety procedures, guest relations and basic vessel maintenance. I work well independently and as part of a team, bringing a positive attitude, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility on board.
I’m now looking for new opportunities in the Mediterranean and Caribbean, both as a captain on charter yachts and as a crew member. My goal is to continue developing my skills, gain more experience and contribute to a professional team where I can add value, grow and build a long-term career in yachting.
