Looking for a Mile building or Voluntary work position
I’m a 38-year-old Austrian currently living aboard a boat in Barcelona. I learned to sail on a lake many years ago and even sailed a larger yacht on Lake Garda, but growing up in Austria meant the sea was never exactly around the corner! Needless to say, it’s been a while, and I’m keen to get back into sailing and gain some proper sea miles.
I’m physically fit, mentally sharp, have good coordination, and am eager to learn from an experienced skipper. I’m happy to lend a hand with sailing, watches, cooking, and general boat life in exchange for the opportunity to get out on the water. I may be a little rusty, but I promise I’m more useful than a well-dressed fender! ⛵
