Hi Skippers,
I am looking for a cost-sharing or volunteer crewing opportunity from mid-June 2026 onward, ideally on a passage along the west coast of Europe or toward the Atlantic islands (Portugal, Madeira, Canary Islands, Azores), though I am flexible and open to other interesting sailing opportunities.
My main goal is to build offshore experience and miles while contributing as a reliable and proactive crew member.

Professional Background
For over 12 years I have worked in supply chain management, dealing with planning, forecasting and logistics.
This has taught me organization, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure, which I believe translates well to life at sea.
I am fluent in English and comfortable working in international environments and multicultural crews.
A Bit About Me
I try to make the most of every moment and pursue the adventures that life offers.
I love long-distance travel and exploration. Some highlights so far:
Solo camper journey across Australia (North → South)
Solo train journey across India (West → East and back)
Trekking around Annapurna
Extensive travels across South-East Asia
Future dreams include traveling through South America, Africa, Canada, Japan, and ultimately sailing around the world :)
On Board
Non-smoker
Rarely drink alcohol
Physically fit and comfortable with long days and watches
Positive team attitude and easy to get along with
Happy to share daily costs and responsibilities onboard
I am eager to become part of the sailing community and gain experience before eventually embarking on larger offshore adventures of my own.
If you are planning a voyage during this period and could use an extra pair of capable hands, I would be happy to hear from you.
Fair winds,
Jakub
