I have my RYA Competent Crew and STCW95, PBL2, VHF, food & Hygiene, Personal Safety and interior course.
I have experience onboard sailing yacht as deck/cook/stew for a private charter company based in the UK.
I have completed deliveries (day and night) as Mate as part of a two man crew, in the South of France.
Able to hold watch, prepare lines and mooring, I can do bowlines too.
As happy up deck as below preparing good food for crew and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout.
I sailed around the South of France for two months as first mate (two man crew)
Completed many regattas, including Cowes Week and Round The Island.
Season cleaning high end caravans for Lifestyle at Castel Mongri in Spain.
I am trained and experienced in silver service and I have supervised bar with a firm knowledge of cocktails and wine. Excellent front of house service and immaculate presentation with exceptional interpersonal skills. Great personality with a positive can do attitude.
