Teach Sailing to Teens This Summer - Broadreach Seeking Sailing Instructors in Caribbean

Broadreach is a leader in international, experiential programs for middle and high school students.

Our mission is to create epic adventures for students to actively learn, explore and build skills through hands on discovery and interaction with the world's oceans and ecosystems.

Broadreach is an IYT (International Yacht Training) partner school and offers courses from “Introduction to Yachting” to “Bareboat Skipper”. Skippers lead summer live-aboard diving, sailing and marine science programs in the Caribbean aboard 40-55 ft. catamarans and monohulls.

Skippers teach sailing lessons, and along with their co-leaders, facilitate positive group dynamics, lead games, assist students with cooking and cleaning duties along with cultivating personal growth and leadership development in our students. Our staff prioritize safety and are energetic role models who excel in building meaningful relationships with their students. Leading a Broadreach program is a fun, rewarding, and demanding position.

Broadreach maintains a small group size of 12 students or less led by two instructors. Programs range from 12 to 21 days and can be challenging for students and instructors, which makes a positive demeanor essential.
