I fluently speak four languages, English, Spanish, Italian and Kiswahili.
As per my sailing experience, I have been working as Chef for the past 6 years. Mostly on SY. Some of those vessels are:
Blackwood of London, a 33mt Goletta, the 30m SY Wally Love, the 30mt Ophira, the 37mt SY Pumula. Plus many others temporary Chef roles on My and landbased in BCN and SOF.
The protagonists of my kitchen are the markets products like fish, seafood and fresh veggies and fruits. My kitchen is plagued with a Mediterranean air with which I try to esaltate the basic yet magnificent ingredients I can purchase. Even so, I love to add more exotic hints to the table, presenting a revisited version of the Medi's classics while using some of the most intriguing Asian and African ingredients and recipes.
SALARY:
Daily rate for short gigs: between 250/300 € per day.
Seasonal: minimum 5000 euros monthly rate
Remuneration depending on number of guests, crew and special requirements.
