Talked to the guy at least in 10 days long multiple times on the phone, exchanged many messages with him describing the job just to get informed after my arrival in the USA that he won't do what we agreed upon in the first place. Said 'something would smell wrong' (most likely it has been the smoke he had the night before) and ignored any further attempt from my side to get a serious explanation. Had additional expenses which had been avoidable if someone serious had come.
