I’m an Italian chef with 15 years of international experience working across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, North America, Central and South America. I have worked in restaurants, resorts, remote wilderness lodges, private homes, and on boats.
I’m extremely responsible, disciplined, and reliable. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, and I always work with professionalism, positivity, and a calm mindset. I love challenges, constant learning, and new environments.

Experience working on a boat in Australia.

Not a U.S. or Canadian citizen, but I have lived in both countries and still maintain bank accounts there.
I’m looking for a Chef position on a yacht or catamaran for the 2025/2026 Caribbean season, Bahamas, the British Virgin Islands or either Caymans, I’m flexible with the destination. I’m confident I can bring creativity, high-quality cuisine, organization, and a strong guest-service mindset to every charter.
