Seeking Experience and Adventure: Novice Crew Position

I’m available for crewing across Europe and selected worldwide locations, depending on flights and contributions. Based in Devon, I’m also open to local sailing.
I’m looking to build experience in navigation, route planning, mechanics, and sail maintenance. I’ve crewed for two weeks around the Azores, including night watches and shared duties.
I love to travel and hope one day to tick off an Atlantic crossing. I want to take my RYA competent crew courses so if we can incorporate this that would be an added bonus! I would eventually love to own my own boat. I can currently only commit to trips up to the maximum of a 2 week duration, longer durations are possible, but will require much more advance planning.
I’m friendly, reliable, active, and easy to get along with and I like to think I have a good sense of humour. I enjoy good conversation, water sports, hiking, fitness, and writing. I’m a non-smoker, vegetarian, and occasional drinker. I prefer not to share a cabin and I’m not looking for romance.
My availability depends on flight costs, access, contributions, and timing. For example if you can cover my flights and expenses I can be available at shorter notice.
