Looking for voluntary work in the Med and Atlantic crossing
Hi - I'm looking for a spot on a boat in the Mediterranean this summer and an Atlantic crossing in November/December.
What I can offer:
- I have an RYA coastal skipper certificate and have mainly sailed in Scotland so far. So no worries about handling rough conditions and stronger winds.
- I can support with any sailing and navigation-related tasks.
- I can also offer child-care support and tutoring for middle-school kids (5 years of experience as a math tutor).

I am an easy-going, cheerful and responsible person who loves nature and being outdoors. I work in research with a focus on climate policy and finance. Starting in November, I'm planning a sabbatical that will finally give me the time to pursue a long-held dream: crossing the Atlantic to visit dear friends in the Caribbean and Mexico.
I am currently based in Germany and happy to visit you and your boat anywhere in Europe in the next few months, to get to know each other before embarking on the Atlantic crossing.
