my name is Elisa and I am private chef and chef on board of luxury yachts for over 10 years.
I was born in Italy, but for work and professional interest I traveled all around the world, from America to the Middle East, passing through Africa.
I have experiences also in some important restaurants in Italy.
I like teamwork and the basic principles of my cuisine are very simple: freshness, high quality and territoriality of the raw materials. Added to high standards of presentation.
