Cook/Stew or Crew Chef with big sailboat experience
Naturalized South African on a Swiss passport with a background in hospitality (guest house, hotels, luxury catered chalets) looking for a cook/stew or crew chef or sole stew position anywhere in the world, able to commit long-term to the right programme
Competent and creative cook well versed in healthy Mediterranean style food, understanding vegetarian, vegan, gluten-/lactose-free requirements
Experienced in cooking while sailing and in provisioning and store management
Efficient in managing interiors and service; keen to help with sailing and maintenance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, hardworking and very motivated team player

Certification:
STCW95 (valid until May 2024), ENG1 (valid until May 2021); Food Safety Level 2
