Seeking Passages and/or Races

Hi all. I have some coastal and lake experience on boats from 25' to 50' in length. I'm looking for more experience and I want to learn as much as I can.

My ideal opportunity would be a passage or long race, or multi-day races. I'm not interested in lounging or sitting around, and would prefer to be learning more about the boat, sailing, or maintenance.
