Looking for a Novice Crew or Voluntary work position

- Paused for the time being, as changed winter plans for this year - depending on travel situation will be keen again for 2022 - I am a 57 y/o female German/New Zealander interested in crewing and mile building. Managed to get in a few weeks' sailing in NZ over winter - instead of the planned trip to OZ.... and for now staying interested in what will be possible next winter (working Sept to April).
Did a Competent Crew course in 2018 and now some sailing in Tasman Bay, Northland and Great Baŕrier. Keen to learn, work, and contribute to a happy and safe boat, meet new people and see new places - or familiar places from a boat ?
