Looking for a Novice Crew, Voluntary work, Mile building or Deckhand position

Greetings!
I am looking to join as entry-level crew on a recreational voyage from Portugal to Las Palmas or Tenerife. I am confident on the water in a kayak, but I have no (or very minimal) sailing experience at this point! I am very willing to learn and help in every way that I can. I am competent and hard working and will listen well to all instruction.
My name is Adam. I have for the past 5 years been doing a wide range of voluntary jobs for people across Europe in exchange for board and lodging. Such work I have undertaken includes: Carpentry, animal care, building and renovation projects. I have for the last 2 years been trying to move toward living without the need for money. This has encouraged me to be more inventive and resourceful with the way that I carry out all tasks I face and it has forced me into much more exciting situations than I would have otherwise been in.
Other interests:
*I have studied in depth the psychology of trauma and how it affects people and I hope some time in the future to set up a retreat in a peaceful environment to help people work through issues.
*Homeopathic remedies: Natural ways of re-establishing a healthy functioning to the body as a whole (not just symptom suppression).
*Outdoor sports: Kayaking, cross-country running, cycling, rock climbing, cliff diving.
*Learning about physical and natural phenomena in the world and how they all tie together.
*Design work: particularly inventing new ways to up-cycle scrap materials into functional tools, machines, furniture, energy & water harvesting etc. for a sustainable transition to a new money free world.
*Graphic design: creating info graphics to help get out useful information in an easily understandable way.
*Permaculture gardening
I am traveling by bike (which i can store here) in the Southern half of Portugal and I am free to go any time from today onwards, from anywhere in the country. I travel light and have very minimal needs.
