My aim is to attain a Chef position onboard a private or charter vessel.
With over 15 years of experience, and having worked with some of the world’s most renowned chefs, I see myself as a competent Chef able to provide the highest standards service required in the yachting industry.
Extremely methodical, clean and passionate about what I do, I have a proven track record leading large teams and have been recognised working by myself. Opening new restaurants, being involved since the construction stages has highly benefited my planning, scheduling and budgeting skills, amongst many others. Sourcing the most appropriate new equipment for every new kitchen I have being involved with, which would also be great asset during any shipyard or the construction of a new build.
