I'm a professional skipper and RYA cruising instructor interested in finding a position and opportunities as delivery skipper or crew, racing crew, skipper or sailing instructor..
I'm an experienced sailor, a Yachmaster Offshore, I've been a sailing instructor for more than 10 years, I've sailed the Med up and down many times, I've been a deckhand and a skipper with more then 20k nM. Being on water is my priority and the life I want. I'm chasing any opportunity to sail, to discover a little more of the world and oceans, to meet new people and sharing life adventures.
Other than watersports, my great passion is hospitality, I've been working in Hotels, clubs, restaurants and bar where I built a strong knowledge in cooking and bar tendering.

Outstanding Delivery Experience. Great Sailing Skipper & Teacher.
2021 Leopard 45 Catamaran - After a disastrous start to our journey, Lorenzo stepped in at very short notice (in Rome) to help us continue our journey to Split, Croatia. He is an absolute professional and his skills as a sailor and teacher were able to guide us through learning the ropes on our new boat. We encountered some nasty weather, zero wind, head wind, an interesting harbor experience and Lorenzo took it all in his stride. Rome to Split in 7 days .... His sailing experience helped us understand how to get the best out of our new cat and he was clearly able to explain and teach us practical skills that we will use daily in years to come. He gave clear directions and safety briefings prior to night watches. We were 100% confident in his skills, ability and he was conscious at all times to sail safely, adjust sail settings to get every last breath of wind into the sails and to conserve engine use. It is evident that Lorenzo loves to sail and his passion for his work made our trip enjoyable and memorable. If anyone is in search of a true sailing skipper then look no further, he is welcome back on our boat anytime.
