Personal Profile
I’m a highly motivated, positive and enthusiastic sailing professional with over 30 years proven experience in the industry. A top performing engineer and skipper, I have a dynamic skill set from technical and engineering competence to excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I’m proud of my track record in making a difference and in pioneering continuous performance improvement on the yachts I’ve managed. Operating with tenacity, resilience and integrity, I manage logistics, suppliers, crew and authorities and find solutions to resolve issues without drama. Achievement of results is underpinned by communication, collaboration, agility, understanding and leading by example. I am physically very fit and have no health issues.
My personal objectives are to live life to the full and to push myself to exceed in all that I do. I’m currently seeking a challenging role that offers further career growth, builds on my skill set and affords career longevity with trusted partners.
