Looking for a Voluntary work or Novice Crew position

I'm interested in finding a position as a Voluntary work or Novice Crew. I'm looking forward to having some new experience !
No important how long it will take .
I have unlimited time and open plans.
I have left everything behind and have been traveling the world for thirty years, visited about 100 countries, and going to continue for the rest of my life.
Last year I've walked around Central America and now would like to cross the Caribbean and get to South America, but also ready to change my plans and stay at sea for the indefinite future.
I have no much sailing experience, but I learn easily and quickly. In my youth I spent some time on sailing boat on the North and Baltic sea and I would like to learn more and have fun.
I also have good skill and know carpentry, mechanic and electricity.
I'm no longer my first youth, a bit gnawed by time, but still fit and in good condition.
I'm currently in Mexico.
