Looking for a Captain and / or couples posistions.
I have sailed since I was a little boy and have been a professional skipper living and working in the Caribbean for several years. Over the course of that time I have had the opportunity to captain a wide variety of boats. My major long term roles were captain of a 100 foot classic woodern schooner with a crew of 6 and captain of a 115 foot Benetti motor vessel with a crew of 7.
Along side the above positions I also ran my own boat for charters with a professional skipper and chef which I have since sold as there is such little business at the moment.
My preferece is to work with my fiance Alexa who I have been going out with and working together for over 3 years is a keen sailor and chef. She also is a Padi certified dive instructor, Yoga teacher and freelance marketer and loves photography. We both really enjoy working together and tend to get along with everybody.
My background before sailing professionally was in all areas of high end hospitality. I worked my way from the bottom up in all departments and for several years was general manager of hotels and restaurants gaining many awards under my leadership.
We would love the opportunity to work together on a yacht, both Alexa and I make a fantastic team, but if it is a solo position I would still be interested.
