Looking for adventure and a learning experience for sailing!
Hi! I'm am Bear, 25 yo. I am a surfing teacher, and just finished my degree in engineering in the Netherlands.
I have travelled Asia for 6 months, saw almost everything of Europe, went to Morocco and Sri Lanka multiple times to surf and sailed across the bay of Biscay and the European coast for 2 months.
I am planning on getting my RYA competent crew and after that more diplomas for sailing, as my girlfriend and I want to go buy a sailboat and sail the world starting in the winter of 2027.
and planning on going to South America this winter.
I have some time off during summer doen university and looking for adventure on sailingboats. It's my passion and someday i want to cruise the world on my own ship. For now: Learn, work and have a lot of fun doing it!!
I have some experience on very big sailing vessels as crew and also did a lot of sailing on dutch waters with smaller vessels. I have always lived and worked around the ocean/sea and it's one of the only places i really feel good.
I'm interested in psychology, philosophy, music, cooking, cultures, sports as surfing and kite surfing and ofcourse sailing!
I would love to come on board and learn more sailing en have fun with crew!
