Looking for a Cook, 2nd Chef, Cook/Stew or Deckhand position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Cook, 2nd Chef, Cook/Stew or Deckhand. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people! Though I'm an entry-level applicant in the yachting industry, I believe that I possess the necessary skills to execute the job successfully. Moreover, I am confident that it would be the opportunity of a lifetime for me and to further grow both personally and professionally. I just recently got my full vaccination with BioNTech, Pfizer vaccine last September 9, 2021.
I am very capable of working in the kitchen as my previous work experiences where in a kitchen setting as a commis cook at Celebrity Cruises and Plantationbay Resort and Spa (a five star resort in Cebu, Philippines). I am recently working as a temporary cook for a 50 feet sailing yacht currently berthing at punta fuego yacht club in batangas, Philippines. I am also capable of doing deckhand jobs during boss off which includes rinsing, washdown, paint polish and wax, metal polish and wax, maintaining the various toys aboard, which include jet skis, rib, paddle board and other inflatables.
I'm very interested in beginning a career in the yacht industry, as I attended Professional Superyacht Hospitality training at Superyacht Academy in Asia and the Pacific, an affiliate school of IYT - worldwide where I earned a certificate for interior crew.
