Looking for a Captain or Delivery Crew position
I am Mayte Bouzas Master 500GT/OOW 3000GT commercially
endorsed looking for my next adventure.
I have more than 15 years of experience in the maritime industry
both sailing and power and have held various positions of
increasing responsibility as a Captain, Chief Mate and Second
Officer.
I am a motivated leader with a proven track record of success
in managing teams and achieving results. I have a keen eye for
detail and a dedication to safety. I have the ability to make
quick decisions in difficult situations.
I am passionate about sailing, highly experience in steering,
docking and undocking in narrow places, ability to operate
navigation equipment and adjust it according to weather
conditions.
I have always been in charge of yard periods allowing me to
get to know my boats from the core.
I sailed the Pacific, Mediterranean and part of the Atlantic
(Canary Islands) both working full time and making deliveries.
I speak and write perfect Spanish and English, good Italian and
Portuguese and basic French.
