Looking for a Competent Crew, Voluntary work, Mile building or engineer position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew, Voluntary work, Mile building or engineer. I have thousands of sea miles including Biscay in a 9 gusting 10 when I was in the Merchant Navy. I've never been sea sick. I started dinghy sailing a number of years ago. Last year I spent 5 weeks on a 26' sloop sailing from Wales to Ireland and the Western isles of Scotland. The boat captain was a circumnavigator and yacht master so I learned a lot. This year I spent 3 days sail training on a Bristol pilot cutter around Portsmouth and 3 days aboard a 28' sloop in Wales, including a transit through the Menai Straight. I am a musician and Yoga teacher. I also hold a Dan grade in Shukokai Karate. I am well read and a good conversationalist but also know how to enjoy silence.

Friendly and Helpful
Keefe was very friendly and helpful with whatever needed doing. He also has a good amount of sailing experience and knows his way around a boat.
