Looking for a Australia SE Asia or South Pacific experience as Crew, Mile building, Delivery Crew or Diver position
Hi - I am an adventurer keen to roam. I am looking to be Crew, Mile building, Delivery Crew or Diver. I enjoy taking on a fair share of duties both in planning and while underway. I have sailed West Timor to Bali as crew, some 660 nm. I have sailed the east coast of Australia from Brisbane and across the Bass Strait to Launceston, some 1036 nm. I undertook all crewing duties, and repaired sails in heaving seas, undertook night watches, and repaired the sail bag in 50 knot winds. I love diverse music styles, and I can BYO guitar if there's room. I am a strong and confident body surfer, snorkeler, and have previously held a PADI open water diving ticket. I'm good at solving problems calmly, and I make things better socially. I love sharing experiences of sun, sand, sunsets, surf, hiking, waterfalls, anything underwater, laughing at absurd situations, and laughing only and always with people. I connect deeply, I am friendly, I build on peoples strengths. I bring passion and skills to the journey – barista, provisioning, cooking, Microsoft office, photo editing, video editing, water sports, body surfing, canyoning, climbing, free-diving, fishing, spear fishing, Swedish massage, route planning, watch-keeping, weather planning, line handling, navigation, tender driver, blogger/writer, sales and marketing, photography, first aid, teaching, musician, polishing, cleaning, managerial skills, IT literate, operating winches, raising and lowering sails, scrubbing decks and hulls. My particular strengths are that I am fun loving, resilient, adventurous, patient, enjoys being in the moment, strong empathy, and then song writing about it all!
