Italian Cook/stew with experience
I am an Italian cook/stew, English C2 level certified, looking for a new position as a stew/cook or crew cook.
I have experience as a stew/cook (and some on deck) on board of MY and MS up to 97m, as well as cooking and provisioning for villa owners, restaurants crew. Mediterranean and middle eastern cuisine are my passion, but I have large experience with Asian cuisine (I lived in Asia for 6 years), and fusion cuisine. Vegans and vegetarians are welcome and different dietary options are available.
I am passionate about sport, nutrition and healthy living, and naturally, as an Italian, about baking!
Looking for a position as a team together with my South African fiancé and partner of six years for the next season. He comes from a background as a property developer and manager, as well as a logistics and constructions supervisor, and has experience on deck on MY up to 100m, We are super chilled and committed, excellent mediators and communicators and we have a background in education as well. Our common goal is to invest into further courses and then our own boat, hence our focus on building experience and finding the right vessel to build longevity and knowledge.
Salary is negotiable.
I am a EU passport and he has a EU permit.
I also have a car in Italy and EU driving license.
