Looking for a deckhand on a 86ft M/Y

I am looking for an Italian speaking, clean and tidy deckhand who works in team with me on a private M/Y Amer 86 based in Tuscany Italy
6/7 months seasonal contract
Own cabin with shared bathroom
Duties include taking care of the exterior of the boat, wash downs, mooring, and table service
There is also a 10mt boat to take care of
