Keen crew/cook for blue water sailing
I am looking to sail as a keen amateur on yachts around the Med. I have sailed all my life, including Channel and Atlantic trips, hosting and changeovers on flotillas, racing in events and regattas in GB, yacht club rallies, and even hospitality work at boat shows. I can do night watches, line handling, drive a tender, and all the other deck skills you'd expect. In the galley, I can happily prepare wholesome and healthy meals/snacks for guests and owners, as well as provision, manage stores and keep a shipshape work space. My hosting experience includes 5 ski seasons looking after guests in high-end chalets in the Alps. I have Food and Hygiene, and originally trained at Leith's in London. I have STCW and am studying Day Skipper theory ATM. Fair winds and happy sailing.
