Proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, and advanced English, with a basic understanding of French, I offer a multilingual advantage. My upbringing sailing in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil, coupled with my Argentinian Skipper license and completion of courses in the International Yacht Training (IYT) program, have equipped me with a robust foundation in deckhand and yachting skills. I hold certifications as a Superyacht Deck Crew with expertise in Small Powerboat & RIB, VHF, and Yachtmaster Coastal Power & Sail (non-commercial).
Additionally, I hold a degree in culinary arts with a specialization in bakery. My extensive experience sailing numerous nautical miles around the Río de La Plata, Brazil, and Uruguay has endowed me with invaluable expertise in navigating various weather conditions and handling diverse sea challenges. My ability to swiftly learn, adapt to new environments, and my unwavering passion for the sea position me to make a significant contribution to your team, ensuring utmost care for the vessel, crew, and guests.
Furthermore, my background as a software developer complements my yachting expertise. This combination, along with my culinary arts knowledge, has cultivated strong teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and a steadfast commitment to meeting deadlines – qualities indispensable in the industry. As a seasoned project manager in various IT companies, I have honed a resilient work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure.
