Looking for a Novice Crew or Mechanic/Deckhand position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew or Mechanic/Deckhand. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people and experiencing new adventures. I am a qualified mechanic with over 25 years in the trade working on cars to plant machinery and everything in between. Basically if its got an engine I can fix it! I have restored a small speed boat... Hated it! So I had a trail day sailing on a lake at my local sailing club and loved it! That has given me a passion to take it further. I am more than happy to share my mechanical knowledge in exchange for sailing/boating knowledge or just learn from an experienced sailor. I am self employed so can be flexible on timing of cruising.
