Couple looking to gain experience on a sailboat and willing to work in exchange for knowledge
In the future my girlfriend and I are planing on buying a boat and sailing the east coast of the USA. In order to feel confident doing that we figured we should get some experience working on a boat and seeing how the sailing life is. Although I have my Washington state boaters card, my experience on water is minimal, and on a sailboat is even less. We plan on leaving the sturdy soil of land and hopping on an experienced captains boat in mid October. We are willing to work for experience on the water and we pack light.
