Atlantic crossing- competent sailor looking to join a crew crossing Atlantic

Hello all fellow sailors,
I am looking to join a boat crossing the Atlantic from Europe/North-Africa to Caribea.
My schedule is not tight and I am open for suggestions.

I have experience mainly from the Baltic sea but I have been sailing also longer legs around Iberian coast.
I come with Finnish sailing degree and VHF licence.
