Looking for a Catamaran for a pacific crossing
My husband and I are looking for a Catamaran to sail central / South America and then across the Pacific.
We’re a semi retired couple in our mid 40s who live for the ocean. We’ve sailed 5,500+nm on catamarans, hold comp crew, day skipper theory, and I have a Marine Radio Operator’s License. We’re PADI Dive Masters, relaxed, easy going, and bring zero drama to life at sea.

Azores to Mallorca on a Lagoon 450F
Mallorca to Athens and Naples to Barcelona on a Nautitech Open 40
Bari to Athens return on a Leopard 40

We’re comfortable with passage planning, provisioning, solo night watches, sail trimming, and all aspects of life on board. We’re also good cooks, non smokers, flexible with dates, and excited to keep building offshore experience as we plan to buy our own catamaran within the next year.
