Sailing Germany (and NL, DK) or Atlantic Crossing?
Hey everyone,
I would be interested in sailing. I don't know much about sailing, but I am used to being on ships and I'm very keen to learn!
My experiences in sailing are mediocre. I was out sailing several times, on small boats, on big expensive yachts, on two- and three masted vessels and expedition ships (marine biologist). I also travelled on a cargo ship before. The longest I've stayed on a boat, with some stops at some harbors on the way (but always stayed on the boat), was four weeks in Italy.
I love being outside on the water, but I never learned to sail properly.
I'm a friendly company, interested in almost everything and everyone, happy to learn new things (if people really want to teach me instead of just showing me what they can and I can't!) and I really dont mind taking up duties on the boat :)
I have a diving certificate (adv ssi specialty diver) and I would love to take every opportunity to dive!
I do have an office job, which can be done remotely, but it's not as flexible as "I could leave anytime", so please be nice, if I have to tell you that I first have to ask, if I can leave ?
I am happy to hear from you and start planning ?
