Experienced Deckhand | Stew/Deck | Mile Building | Voluntary Crew | Supply Chain Professional Transitioning to Yachting
I'm looking for a Stew/Deck, mile-building, or crew position where I can continue building my experience in the sailing industry while contributing as a reliable and hardworking crew member.
I have hands-on experience as a deckhand on a 70ft sailing yacht, sailing around the Canary Islands before crossing to Portugal. During the voyage, I was involved in all aspects of daily yacht operations, including deck work, cleaning, maintenance, cooking, and both day and night watches.
Before pursuing a career at sea, I built my professional experience in supply chain and operations, working for large international companies. This background has given me strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a professional mindset when working as part of a team.
Now, I'm making a career change to fully dedicate myself to the sailing industry. I'm a high-energy, positive, and dependable person who isn't afraid of hard work. My background in sports has helped me develop discipline, physical endurance, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
I'm eager to keep learning, gain more sea miles, and become a valuable member of any crew. You can expect someone who is proactive, adaptable, and always ready to help wherever needed.
