I've been sailing on a small boat since I was thirteen.
Later, I worked as the chief engineer on a commercial motorboat for some years. For the last six years, I've been sailing on friends' yachts, mainly in the Eastern Mediterranean and Adriatic seas.
I'm good in all marine technical fields and enjoy dealing with them.
I also love hiking and mountaineering, so I always struggle to decide between climbing a peak or going down for sailing.....
I'm a certified coastal skipper and chief engineer.
Always eager to learn more about boat life and sailing.
I like night watches and navigation.
I prefer anchoring in a bay to being tied to a marina dock.
The day will come for me to be single-handed on my own boat.
Until then, I intend to join a boat for a few months or a year and participate in all duties involved with living on board, gaining more experience, and exploring new places.
