Looking for an atlantic crossing
Hello everyone!
My name is Johannes, I'm from Germany. I just finished highschool and want to (work and) travel around the world for about one year now (literally one time around the globe, at least that's the plan). I love to meet new people and make new experiences, therefore I am really looking forward to this journey. I'm speaking (of course) German, my English is pretty good as well and I'm currently learning Spanish too, though I'm just a beginner at this stage.
I also love to make music (trumpet and piano), especially in groups like bands and orchestras. Besides, I'm very interested in science and technology. That's why I want to become an engineer after my journey. My big masterplan is to make the world a better (fairer, more sustainable) place some day, and I am convinced that I have a lot to learn about the world beforehand.
Right now I'm standing right in front of the great atlantic ocean and am looking for a way to cross it (I don't want to fly). I obviously don't have super much money, so I hope to work on your vessel in exchange for a cheap crossing. I did my german sailing licence last summer and have spend a quite a few afternoons on the water since. Would be nice to hear from you!
PS: Please don't judge me by my young age, I'm very mature, as you maybe can see because of my ambitions :)
