Looking for a Novice Crew position around Indonesia or South Pacific
Hello. I'm looking for opportunities for Novice crew around Indonesia or South Pacific . I just learned to drive a longboat in Raja Ampat and loved it and really want to learn to sail. I've been on boats alot working as a DM but only sailed once , from Australia to PNG and around and though I loved it, there wasn't much opportunity to learn so I'd like to keep exploring and learning.
I'm a peaceful person, usually smiling, always enthusiastic about the ocean ( as long as it's not cold!!!) I absolutely love snorkelling for hours, diving, hiking and getting to know the local people and culture.I teach yoga and meditation and generally practice every day and always love to share if someone wants to learn. I've also worked as a massage therapist and still enjoy giving massage sometimes. I'm happy to cook, clean, help out on the boat with whatever is needed. I have my guitar with me and I am quite a beginner but love to sing and play if I don't feel I'm disturbing anyone! I've lived mainly in Mexico for the last 20 years but have travelled all over the world because I love exploring land as well as water.
