Looking for a Novice Crew, Competent Crew, Racing crew or Mile building position
I have my Bareboat skipper license from IYT and 5000+ offshore miles from the Marquesas to New Zealand and shorter trips in the Gulf of Thailand. I have been crew on a Najad 441, Beneteau 50, and Seawind 1260 in addition to years of dinghy sailing. I am capable of weather routing, course planning, navigation, sail handling, night watches, maintenance and repair, and cooking. I am looking to build more experience on different boats while I continue to plan and save for my own boat in the near future. I love to learn and am looking for mentors who are willing to teach.
Professional ecologist/naturalist. Fit, honest, intelligent, with good energy. Reliable, hard working, and can take direction. Non-smoker and not a big drinker.
Currently I am living in Washington state. Willing to travel for longer trips. Happy to join shorter local trips.
